Equine Inside Out is committed to customer service. All orders processed via this website are packed and shipped within 2 working days of successful payment receipt. A tracking number will be sent at time of posting. 

Please ensure correct delivery address is listed and that items delivered are able to be left in a safe and secure place.

Equine Inside Out does not offer Refunds or Cancellation of orders, unless the following applies:

• Goods received are manufacturer faulty or do not match the description of the order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you require a refund or return you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

​

We do not offer refunds for goods damaged in transit.
